Can I wait whilst you repair my handset?
Depending on the fault reported, screeen and/or battery replacements can be done within an hour.
How long will it take to repair my handset?
Generally, we offer a 24hr turnaround time on your repair. The availability of parts may affect some repairs turnaround time and may lead to an additional two to three working days.
Do you use original or generic parts?
At Proper Repairs we are proud to say that we can offer our clients original parts for peace of mind. We also provide more affordable parts should you require an older device repaired.
What will the costs be should I reject the quotation?
Should you choose to reject a quotation, there will be no charge for the assessment of your device. The only charges at a cost to you will be for the return of the device via a courier service.
What if my device is still in warranty?
We have a Partner Company who will look after your device's warranty repairs. T's & C's apply.
What happens if my device fell in water?
Water damaged devices need to be assessed as soon as possible - the longer you wait the greater the damage will be.
What guarantee do you have on my repair?
All repairs will carry a guarantee for a period of three months from the date of collection. In the event where liquid damage was found, no guarantee will be applicable.
Can you assist with my iCloud Account?
If you forgot your iCloud login details, we could assist you with the information on your next step.
